Mr. Fred Elias with his business partner, Lois Sokolowski have set up Church Management Services. CMS is a limited liability corporation created to serve the business management needs of small to midsize church congregations. Our goal is to help parishes operate more efficiently and economically, allowing ministerial staff to serve and evangelize God’s people.
Mr. Joe Gauci is a graduate of the University of Michigan and holds a MA from the Chicago Theological Seminary. He has over 30 years experience in music. He has been involved in music ministry and leading choirs. He specializes in tuning, regulating, repairing, and otherwise making pianos sound their best.
Ms. Carol Hofer an associate with the Dominican Sisters of Adrian, holds an M.A. in religious studies and an M.A. in psychology from the University of Detroit. She has six years experience working for the Archdiocese of Detroit in both campus ministry and social justice ministry. Her two years of Peace Corps experience in Ghana, West Africa, led her to continuing involvement with Catholic Relief Services and other organizations working to improve the lot of the poor. Over the last 35 years she has given numerous presentations to church and civic groups, to schools, and to confirmation classes on such topics as the gospel call to peace and justice, Operation Rice Bowl, the beatitudes, faith, mercy, and the social encyclicals.
Dr. Carol Jadach has been involved in catechetical ministry for over thirty-five years, serving in parishes throughout the Archdiocese of Detroit and most recently in the archdiocesan Office for Faith Formation / Catechetics. Currently she is an adjunct professor at Sacred Heart Major Seminary teaching courses in catechetics and sacramental theology.
Mr. James Kiefer is a graduate of Sacred Heart Seminary High School and College (A.B. in Philosophy). and earned a Masters in Divinity and a Masters in Theological Studies from St. John's Provincial Seminary. For the last 23 years, Jim ministered for the Central Services of the Archdiocese of Detroit in various capacities, serving leadership, pastoral councils, parish staffs, Justice and Peace Committees, youth, young adults, families and those who minister to them and most recently he was ministering to Lay Ecclesial Ministers and encouraging vocations to ministry through out the 6 county area.
Deacon Paul Lippard has over 30 years experience working in the Church. He holds a BA and MA from the University of Detroit in Scripture. He has been Deacon for over five years. He has taught across the Archdiocese of Detroit in Catechist Formation, Biblical studies, Parish Leadership, Parenting workshops and Adult Formation. He initiated the Parish Leadership Conference and the Jr. High Jamboree / Youth Conventions.
Mrs. Faith Offman has over 25 years experience working in the Church at parish, vicariate, diocesan and national levels. She holds an undergraduate degree in ministry from Sacred Heart Major Seminary and a Masters of Divinity from SS Cyril and Methodius Seminary.
Colleen Ranuch who is the wife of Allan Ranuch who has a B.A. in Literature from Sacred heart Seminary and has also earned an M. A. in Religious Studies from the University of Detroit as well as a Master of Divinity degree from St. John Provincial Seminary in Plymouth. He has thirty years of full time experience in the fields of catechetics and adult faith formation. Mr. Ranusch is certified in Pastoral Ministry as well as in Catechetical Leadership. He has taught throughout the archdiocese in such areas as Scripture, Theology, Church History as well as Catechist Formation.
Mrs. Kathleen Tomaszewski has worked in Religious Education and Family ministry for over 25 years. She has worked in the Religious Education Office and the Office of Family Ministry in the Archdiocese of Detroit.
